Our C17th Cotswold farmhouse is set in a large garden overlooking
beautiful countryside.
Bould Farm is a 400-acre family farm,
run by Gwyn and Lynne Meyrick with son Robert. We farm sheep and
arable crops.
Part of the sheep flock is pedigree
Suffolk and Charollais sheep, Robert breeds working sheep dogs.
The farm is set in the small hamlet
of Bould but is only:
- 15 minutes drive to Stow-On-The-Wold,
Burford, the Slaughters, Bourton-On-The-Water
- 30 minutes to Oxford,
Stratford-upon-Avon, Cheltenham and Blenheim Palace
- 60 minutes north to Warwick
castle, 60 minutes south to Stonehenge
The spacious family room has a double
and two single beds, colour TV, radio, hair dryer, tea/coffee
facility and large en suite bathroom.
The double room has views on to the
front garden and is very quiet. It has colour TV, radio, hair dryer,
tea/coffee facility and large en suite bathroom.
Bould Farm is 2 miles from Kingham
railway station on the main line to London. There are lovely walks
in the adjoining Nature Reserve and along the Oxfordshire Way.
Enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the
blue-bell woods in late April/May or explore the Nature Reserve any
time to get away from it all, The woods join Bould Farm, but you
might need your wellies.
